How do plans work?

Our flexible plans are based on the hours you’d like each month. You’ll be billed like any monthly subscription, with hours added to your account on your billing date.

Any unused time rolls over to the next month.

If you run out of hours, your account can automatically top up (managed in your billing preferences in our Portal).

Is there a setup fee?

No. Simply choose your plan and pay for your first month to get started. See Plans & Pricing for details.

What happens if I don't use all the hours included in my plan?

We know some months are busier than others. That’s why unused hours automatically roll over into the next month.

Is it easy to change or cancel my plan?

Yes. You can change or cancel your plan with 7 days’ notice before your billing date.

If you run out of hours, your account can auto-top up (managed via your Portal settings).

If you often extend your plan, upgrading may save you money with a lower hourly rate.

How does billing work?

Your billing date is the day you sign up. We’ll invoice you each month on that date.

If your plan runs low, we can auto-top up your hours.

If you don’t use them all, they roll over.

You can upgrade anytime to benefit from lower hourly rates.

How do I pay?

95% of clients choose Direct Debit, handled by Stripe.

It’s secure, automatic and hassle-free.

You can also pay by credit or debit card, with details stored securely by Stripe.

Which monthly support plan should I choose?

We’ll advise you in your consultation call. As a guide, 2 hours a day x 20 working days = 40 hours per month.

Plans are flexible – hours roll over, and you can switch anytime.

What are your payment terms?

Virtalent is prepaid.

Invoices are processed automatically each month via Direct Debit or card payment (handled securely by Stripe).

I’m not in the UK. Do I need to pay the VAT?

Business clients abroad: If you can demonstrate you’re running a registered business, we can usually deduct VAT.

Individual clients: If you’re based in the UK or can’t prove business use, VAT will apply.

We’ll confirm this during your consultation call.
