How do I keep track of all the work my VA has completed?

Your VA logs their work in our client portal, which you can access anytime.

When they start a task, the timer runs. When they stop, the time is debited from your balance – giving you a transparent, minute-by-minute record.

How quickly can I get up and running with a Virtalent VA?

Almost immediately. After your consultation call, we’ll handpick your VA within 24 hours.

You’ll meet them shortly after and if you’re happy, we’ll get your VA in touch to begin support. The whole process usually takes just a few days.

Can I sign up without the consultation?

We’d love to save you time, but the consultation call is an important step.

Do you cater to more specific requirements?

How do I work with my VA day-to-day?

You and your VA decide your communication rhythm.

In addition, you’ll always have access to a detailed time log in our Portal.

For account queries, your Client Success Coach is always on hand.

What tasks can my VA do?

Our VAs generally fall into three categories:

  • PA/EA VAs – experienced in executive support.
  • Marketing VAs – skilled in digital marketing, content and campaigns.
  • All-rounders – versatile across admin, marketing, customer service, finance admin and more.
What tasks can my VA not do?

We can provide support for most business tasks, but there are limits. For example:

  • Handling live chats or calls all day.
  • Licensed/professional services like bookkeeping or payroll.
  • Cold calling or bulk spam email campaigns.
  • Very small one-off projects.
  • Anything unlawful or inappropriate.

What measures are in place to ensure my data is secure?

Data protection is central to how we work.

Virtalent is Cyber Essentials certified and our VAs follow strict security protocols, including password-protected devices, up-to-date firewalls and encrypted WiFi networks.

We also recommend giving your VA access via a company email and cloud storage for extra control.
